We do not share your phone number or email with third parties outside our payment processors and legal compliance partners.

Deposit: When you fund your teluk4d account via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), you provide your payment method details. These details are handled directly by your payment provider — teluk4d does not store full payment credentials. Your payment provider sends teluk4d a confirmation that funds were transferred; teluk4d credits your account balance once that confirmation is received. We do not process card numbers or bank account numbers directly.

Account activity: We log every action you take on teluk4d — selections placed, stakes entered, settlements received, deposits made, withdrawals requested. These logs are kept for account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. You can view your complete activity history in your account dashboard at any time.

Withdrawal verification may require identity documents

If you request a large withdrawal or if teluk4d detects unusual account activity, we may ask for a copy of your government ID or passport to confirm you own the account. We keep these documents only for verification; we do not use them for any other purpose.

How we use your data and who can access it

We use your data for four purposes: account operation, payment processing, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.

This protects you by preventing theft.

Data storage and retention on teluk4d

We store your registration data (phone number, email, password hash) for as long as your account exists. If you close your account, we retain a minimal record of your phone number and email for a period required by local law, then delete it. We cannot restore deleted accounts.

Your account history — selections, settlements, deposits, withdrawals — is kept indefinitely for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. This is standard practice in the sportsbook industry; it allows us to answer questions like "Did I place that selection?" or "When did that withdrawal settle?" months or years after the fact.

Payment provider records (confirmation that e-wallet or mobile banking transferred funds) are retained according to those providers' own policies — typically three to seven years. We do not control this retention; it is determined by your bank or e-wallet operator.

Your right to data access
You can request a complete export of your teluk4d data — account details, transaction history, selections placed. Contact support with your request.
Your right to data correction
If your phone number or email has changed, you can update it in account settings. Corrected data is used for future communications and account recovery.
Your right to account closure
You can close your teluk4d account at any time. We will not use your data for account operation after closure, though we retain minimal records for legal compliance.

Cookies and tracking on teluk4d

When you use teluk4d in a browser, we place a session cookie to keep you logged in. This cookie expires when you close the browser or log out manually. We do not use this cookie to track your activity across other websites.

We do not employ advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on teluk4d. We do not sell data to ad networks or allow them to build profiles of your behaviour. Your account history is never shared with marketing partners.

If you access teluk4d from a mobile browser, we store a session token locally on your device — similar to a cookie. This allows you to stay logged in across page refreshes. If you use a shared device, always log out when finished to prevent unauthorized access.

Third-party processors and data transfer

We work with payment processors and hosting providers who may handle your data. Payment processors (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and your bank) receive only information necessary to complete deposits and withdrawals. Hosting providers store teluk4d's infrastructure — servers, databases, backups — which may be located outside Indonesia. Your responsibilities and teluk4d's limits

You are responsible for keeping your teluk4d password confidential. If someone gains access to your password, they can place selections and withdraw funds in your name. If this happens, change your password immediately and contact support — we can review account logs to determine if the activity was authorized by you.

We are not responsible for data loss if you lose access to your email account or phone number. If you cannot access your recovery email or receive SMS verification codes, contact support with proof of account ownership — we will help restore access, but this process requires verification.

We do not store backups of deleted data on your personal device. If you delete the teluk4d app or browser cache, we cannot recover selections or transaction history from your device — but you can always view your history by logging back into teluk4d.org from any browser or device.

Changes to this privacy notice

We may update this privacy policy if our practices change or if law requires new disclosures. We will notify you of material changes via email. If you disagree with changes, you can close your account — continued use of teluk4d after notification constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Our services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online sportsbook and casino access. If your location's law requires different privacy practices, teluk4d may not be accessible to you.
